The Company made the decision to introduce a limited free version of the dashboard to all users.
With an ever-expanding knowledge graph and a growing library, we wanted to ensure that even those without access to the full dashboard could get a clear and complete overview of our AI capabilities.
During our initial whiteboard sessions, we identified several key problems that needed to be addressed, including organizing the minimum amount of features and data necessary for a comprehensive overview, showcasing our unique Spiketrap features, simplifying the upgrade process to the full dashboard, and facilitating the discovery of related entities from our library.
For the Spiketrap Lite project, I utilized a variety of research methods to get to the core of the problem and design the final mock-ups. I began with wireframes, creating rough layouts and structures to test the functionality of the dashboard. From there, I conducted surveys to gather feedback from potential users and gain insights into their needs and preferences.
Once the wireframes were refined and validated, I moved on to the mock-up phase, where I created high-fidelity designs that accurately represented the final product. These mock-ups were then presented to stakeholders for feedback and approval before moving on to the development phase.
During development, I worked closely with the development team to ensure that the designs were implemented correctly and that any issues were resolved in a timely manner. The result was a dashboard that exceeded expectations and provided an exceptional user experience.
